Actually I don't know whose bike this is, but it's either a messenger or a wannabe (also known as a "fakenger"). It's a beat up but rare (in North America) Bridgestone NJS (meaning Keirin approved by the Japanese governing body) frame with all the right bike courier acoutrements, including rude stickers.
