Thanks for comments, Don. 
The look of any of my printed images is a result of hit and miss. If I really 
like an image, there is almost no limit to what I'm willing to spend in paper 
and ink to get a satisfacrory print.
I've completely given up even attempting B&W. They go to a commercial lab 
without hesitation.

I just love the "look" of your bird photos. Do they print like they look on
