Nah.  They're shooting a remake of Carrie near my place.  The night
this photo was taken they were setting up lighting for the next night.
 They were also practicing some pyrotechnics for a night time car
chase, but none of those shots turned out.  However the intersection
that this was taken at was bathed in lights and I took a few, just for
fun.

The title is the first line from the song "Blow at High Dough" by the
Canadian band the Tragically Hip.  I just thought it fit well.
