I don't develop B&W but I do tend to procrastinate going over my slides. I'm still working on last years ones (which I started in January; a year after taking them). I'm halfway through October at the moment. Thankfully I didn't do a lot of shooting last year, and I'm trying to keep it under control now while I clear out the backlog. I only started because my hard drive bombed and I had nothing else to do in the evenings. From start to finish it takes me about an hour per roll for 35mm, much less for 6x7 because there's only 10 frames to sort through, of which I might mount 3 or 4.
