I did, I did! It's not on my website anymore, but I probably still have it somewhere. After I broke the wrist they put a titanium plate in to hold it all together. It was uncomfortable and unpleasant, so I had it removed a year later. They left a bit of screw behind though because it snapped when they were trying to get it out, so they left it in the bone.
