I like the original best, Larry. The other compositions don't seem as balanced.

These were shot with my mf Tokina 80-200/2.8, bench resting on a 4x4 post, from the hills above Redwood City (off Jefferson ave). I suspect that the three red lights in some of the photos, across the bay are the KGO radio antennas. http://www.flickriver.com/photos/ellarsee/sets/72157631040130252/ I tried variations of about three compositions: Moon in upper left: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ellarsee/7769735072/ Moon in upper right: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ellarsee/7769738608/ Moon in center, Jupiter (?) in upper right: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ellarsee/7769747612/ C&C, as always appreciated. Unfortunately, when I left the party at about 0230 I was too tired, and the sky wasn't looking promising enough for me to go home via skyline and spend an hour trying to catch meteors while using the astrotracer. -- Larry Colen [email protected] sent from i4est -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
