The final piece of the puzzle arrived in my inbox last Monday, but by that time I was deep in the mountains of New Hampshire. Immediately upon my return this past Sunday I added the requisite portion of the book and uploaded to Blurb. The proof copy should be here by July 2nd at the latest (though they've lately been delivering much earlier than their quotes - keep your fingers crossed).
