I've had my K-5 for 2 weeks, and just got back from a long weekend at Colonial Williamsburg.
I'm stunned with the image quality: Wonderful tonal gradations and incredible low-light sensitivity and shadow detail. Everyone who said it's a huge improvement over the K-7: you were right.
