The evolution of the digital camera is interesting, it will incrementally
advance and this is what sustains the industry. I started with the spotmatic
and supported Pentax during its evolution. I am still using Pentax LX and
645N2 cameras. These cameras evolved to point it did not warrant a
replacement from my perspective as a user.

Digital cameras are still working through this evolution. Unfortunately
Pentax now owned by Ricoh may not evolve as fast as Canon, or Nikon, but you
never know what can happen.
I'm still using A K10D, maybe it's time to sell my very complete LX system
And buy into supporting the digital camera evolution.
It could be interesting finding buyers for LX equipment.

I suppose that the next generation or the generation of the next the
sensors would more pixels and they will be better than those of K-5...
