I think that this is one case where the bigger sensor really does make a 
noticeable difference. However, I'm not going to be trading in my K-5 in the 
foreseeable future.  The K-5 does really perform *well enough*.  While it 
wasn't the toughest light that I've photographed dancers in, it certainly 
wasn't trivial, and the K-5 certainly performed up to the task.  With about a 
2-3 year lag in performance between APS and 24x36 sensors, by the time I saved 
up $3,000 for a full frame body, I'd be able to get an APS camera with that 
performance for half the cost.

Thanks.  To be honest, that probably has a lot to do, again, with the post 
processing.  Josh was shooting a lot with his 50/1.4 and I was using my 31/1.8, 
so about the same angle of view.  I just did a lot of cropping in post 
processing.
