Nothing about Intel hardware makes the OS less secure. There are plenty
of holes in POSIX compliant operating systems, I'll bet that the new
Mac Virus takes advantage of one of them. The security holes in Windows
were usually available everywhere, and POSIX is an optional subsystem
AFICR on NT systems so it's not a sure method of entry. Hardware is as
secure or insecure as the OS that runs on it.
