If you did, and attempted to follow the instructions, at the very least you'd end up with a jar of potentially poisoned PBJ, and you'd discover that he drilled three holes randomly in the lid with no reference to the actual mounting holes in the lens, so the chances of the thing fitting would be within a LRCH of zero. Then there's the issue of letting some sloppily cut and drilled metal complete with loose filings anywhere near an expensive lens face. I wouldn't! > And I thought it was funny and worth sharing.
