No, as the Super Program supports TTL (the only K mount body to do so), you can use all the modes of the AF280T. On all other K mount bodies, you can use both the manual and automatic modes, but not the TTL. The AF280T is probably the most versatile flash you can have for a non-AF body. I love mine and use it on both my MX and ZX-M, as well as on my Fuji digital body, all in the automatic modes.
Now, I'm waiting in anticipation for my AF500FTZ to arrive, courtesy of a list member......thanks Bill!! ----- Original Message ----- From: "David Brooks" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Saturday, March 09, 2002 5:22 PM Subject: AF280T and M lenses > I now have the above mentioned flash and a > M50mm f 1.7 on my newly aquired Super > Program. If i understand the flash manual,i > would only be able to use the flash in manula > mode and no auto modes??Is this correct. > > Dave > > > Pentax User > Stouffville Ontario Canada > > Sign up today for your Free E-mail at: http://www.canoe.ca/CanoeMail > - > This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
