as far as I can see, you have to do it in 2 steps - Import followed by Export. On the Import dialog, there is a panel called Apply During Import which you can use to apply Develop settings and Metadata. Following the Import the Most Recent Import collections contains all your pictures. Press the Export button. On the dialog choose your JPEG settings and the folder you want to put it all in, and press the appropriate tit.
