Thanks Ann. I'd guess the trains in your area are passenger carriers
whereas ours are all freight. Forty years ago the Chicago Northwestern
ran passenger trains on these same tracks. You could go from Sioux City
Iowa to Chicago for $30.00.
RE: the buildings. I started a series on old bars. They are disappearing
faster than old barns.
