There used to be a subsection of the PDML known as The Brotherhood. 6x7 owners all. They seem to have gone, but may rise up again to answer your question with the obvious answer: "Of course!" I would suggest an alternative though. I have handled a few of the 6x7 variants, never owned one. Was never all that tempted to buy one. But I did own a few 645's. And I loved those cameras! I gave up the last one a few years ago, in part because of the difficulty/expense of scanning MF film, projecting MF slides, etc. And in part because I found that I really needed to have a single mode to work with, and chose to go with DSLR rather than (film based) MF. But the simple 645 was the most pleasant camera to use which I have ever owned. If you are thinking MF, give the 645 a good look. (And any investment in lenses there will be repaid in a few years when you buy your 645D.)
