The German expression for this strange tool is Winkelspiegel
You can order it new from BRENNER  # 787 105  (price about 70.- EURO).

And You need additional a Serie-7-adapter for Your f = 100 mm-lens

And why? There did not exist so many  tele-lenses and zooms than today ...
in order to taking pictures of people without them knowing.
