Thse are a syringe luke device with a soft tube on the end that holds the pill. You put the pill into the end of the tube, open the cats mouth, stick the piller into the very back of the mouth and inject the pill. Pull ou the piller, and hold the cats head up and mouth shut until it swallows. Or, get a dog, as they can be taught to accept pills without being stupid about it.
