I really like the fence on brick, then the observatory. I found your
comments interesting as well.  I took a photo workshop back in 2001.
In addition to my film camera I brought the E-10.  The two pros
running the workshop (who were very good and really nice guys) just
couldn't believe that digital would ever seriously challenge film.  I
specifically remember one of them saying about the E-10, "see, they
even make it look like an SLR".  They just couldn't see that it was an
SLR and that those little files were real images.

So what are we seeing now?  Rapidly increasing sensitivity and
automatic corrections for each lens.  I think it's really only a
matter of time before the shutter goes away completely and just
collects slices of data that you can sift through as you like.  One
more step toward a completely solid state camera.
