No. A diopter adjustment can only help with near and far-sightedness - not astigmatism. Astigmatism is caused by a cornea that is not spherical and has "flat spots" or "steep spots", or any combination of these. It is highly individualized and specific to a portion of the eyeball, and no camera viewfinder an correct for it.
