    You're right, obviously!  I did try Claris (and some other editors) 
before settling on Netscape Composer, and obviously these other editors left 
their scent marks on some of my pages - 6 out of 367!  Somehow you came 
across one of the 6!

    Suffice to say that all of the features on the pages in their current 
configuration were created using Composer, except that Composer does a lousy 
job of wrapping text around images, and has no facility to open a link in a 
new window, so I hand coded those parts.
