They have identical shutter speed range, 1/8000 to 30 sec.

Differences are:

Z1-p has pseudo panorama switch, PZ1 doesn't.

Z1-p flash covers 28 mm lens & guide # 14, PZ1 flash covers 35 mm lens & guide #
14.

Z1-p has max 4 frames/sec, PZ1 has max 3 frames/sec.

Z1-p has 2 second self timer mode with mirror locking up at beginning of timer
period, PZ1 2 second self timer mode doesn't have mirror prefire.

Z1-p has main switch has OFF USER & ON positions, PZ1 main switch has OFF GREEN
& ON positions. The GREEN position of the PZ1 will only operate in Programmed
AE or Aperture-Priority modes. Factory default USER setting of the Z1-p is also
the Programmed AE or Aperture-Priority modes, but the user can be programmed or
reprogrammed to whatever setting you want. That setting will be kept in memory
until you reprogram it. The user setting is also not affected by changes to
settings in the ON position or lost when the camera is turned off.

I have the user setting in my Z1-p set to spot metering, hyper manual & 2
second timer with mirror prefire. The 2 second timer & mirror prefire mode in
the Z1-p will not stay will not stay set between consecutive shots when the
switch is in the ON position. Setting the 2 second timer with mirror prefire
into the USER position prevents having to reset it when I want to use in in
consecutive shots.

And the flash compensation differences noted by Neil van Niekerk.
