Me too..as you may have gathered. It's certainly not the last word, but can't deny it can surprise at times. If Pentax were to produce a DA* 300 with the relative attributes assigned to the DA*200, my hankering level might be at DEFCOM 1. 8=) (I would, however, keep the DA 55~300.
