Another strong point, Novoflex accessory arms (ARM/MARM and short -K versions) and their lighting systems such as the ArtLight / FlashArt (same as ArtLight but added flash function via hotshoe generator) and so on... really worth a read. I also keep a FastenR (R-strap screw) screwed into one of the accessory holes of my QuadroPod base at all times.
