Just got my K20D back from C.R.I.S. today. Fast service.
They received the camera on the 14th. I never was advised by them of their
receipt and & initiated the contact & authorized the repair 19th, it was in
repair on the 20th & shipped on the 26th.
Camera seems to be fine but I've lost the image file numbers - it was reset
to 009 and all my custom settings.
BTW the cause of the 'hot pixel' was a defective ccd image sensor, which
they returned to me - surprised at the weight of the assembly, probably the
heaviest single item in the camera.
