Like others, I think the skin looks nice. It looks real, which to me
is important, but not blemished. Others have suggested a solution to
the white borders, which I agree with.

Something nobody has mentioned is the eyes. I would use a brush to
dodge them (can you do that in LR?). But like the skin, this needs to
be subtle; you don't want radioactive eyes   :-)

I would like to applaud your courage at framing your model so close.
I'm a pussy when it comes to tight framing  :-)
