Plug in a few bits o' info and Lightroom does the rest. But I like the

I assume those shots were taken during normal business hours? What an
utter waste. Years later, I suppose, there will be a well-publicized
"rediscovery" of the downtown area and much money will be spent to
rejuvenate it.

Don't know what will ultimately happen to it. It's only mostly dead at
this point, so it may still survive. It would be great if it would be as
you describe, with a little re-focus and a whole lot of tax/rent breaks
for local business.
