I'd say yes.  The 1.4 alone is likely worth $20 or $30 alone, providing it doesn't 
suffer from the "yellow curse" (in which
case it still works great as a b&w lens).  I shouldn't say "worth", but that's what 
they tend to go for on eBay.  I
personally think that they're worth way more than that - they're great lenses.  
Presuming the body is in good working order,
you're getting a lot for your remaining $35.

So I say "buy it".  If only to sell it on For Sale Fridays!
