It supposed to be dancing? With that studio Backdrop there I would never think its dancing Even if it really was. The pose / studio aspect is fine, just The guy looking away from her doesn't really work.

I agree with Boris that there is too much of the guy's suit/back in the frame, even though lady's white dress contrasts it nicely, making the suit not as dominant. .. but still.. I agree with others on the guy's look. It should either be at the lady (at her head, although other variations can work for a different intent), or it should be at the photographer. After looking at the photo for a while, I think that the fact that the guy's look is somewhat up is the biggest problem. So, even with the same left-right direction, if he had turned his head slightly down (so that he would be looking at the level of her ear), it might be fine. After stairing at the photo for the last 10-15 minutes, I think it is fine as a typical studio wedding shot (but much better technically then an average wedding shot). The suggestions would just futher improve it, making it to stand out more. Igor PS.
