I think the only saving grace of the money shot is that it suggests a
gentle irony: the money is more visually appealing than the
produce:-). Seriously, I had to finish this on a Sunday night, and I
bought the produce at a 24-hour supermarket. It was not happy. That
lettuce required a lot of retouching. The cash, on the other hand, was
all beautiful new bills. Yummy! :-)).

Gallery Show
A few of my photos were selected for a gallery show in Detroit.
The event is called "The Green Show," and it's at a non-profit
gallery and studio called 555. It's at 5716 Michigan Avenue in
the city. It opens tomorrow, and I'll be there for a short
time, but probably won't stay long. The show will hang through
June 27, but the gallery is open only on Saturday afternoons
and by appointment.
