I've sometimes had problems with friends not being able to access my Picasa web albums. I've never worked out why. Usually when they try again, it works OK.
With single images it may be better to link directly to the image. For example, this link goes direct to your "First Quacker" without having to access the album: http://lh6.ggpht.com/_VWBjZjc1fI4/Sejw7dg8twI/AAAAAAAAAfw/tF-Xh9kNVNA/s640/_K208182.jpg Cheers Brian ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Brian Walters Western Sydney Australia http://members.westnet.com.au/brianwal/SL/ On Tue, 21 Apr 2009 00:04 +0200, "AlunFoto" <[email protected]> wrote: > Hmm... maybe I should stop using links to Picasa if people are having > trouble with them. > Thanks Bob. > Jostein > > 2009/4/20 Bob Sullivan <[email protected]>: > > First time I open Picassa, it gives me the whole series. > > 2nd time I connect to the link, it gives me the quacker. > > (Beautiful bird, great shot with the waves and water on it's back!) > > Regards, Bob S. > > > > On Mon, Apr 20, 2009 at 4:32 PM, frank theriault > > <[email protected]> wrote: > >> On Sun, Apr 19, 2009 at 3:17 PM, AlunFoto <[email protected]> wrote: > >>> http://turl.no/3cc > >>> > >>> Practicing at Østensjøvannet. > >> > >> About one in ten Picassa shots won't open for me, and this can be > >> counted as one of the one in ten. > >> > >> :-( > >> > >> Can't see either the thumb or the photo... > >> > >> cheers, > >> frank -- -- http://www.fastmail.fm - Access all of your messages and folders wherever you are -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
