I went out on Thursday and shot a small family group. Some of the pictures are at: http://www.accesscomm.ca/users/wrobb/volk/ if anyone wants to have a peek. I will leave them up for a few days.....
I used the 77mm and the 20mm lenses on one of my LX's. I had been wanting to use the 20 in this location for quite some time, so it was nice to finally have the opportunity to do it. The 77, as usual, worked swell. I had just recieved a couple of the SG-60 screens from Peter, and so I had the opportunity to see how the new bright screen works in what can be a difficult location. I am pleased to report that they work as advertised, the image was very bright, and focussing was fast and true. The literature that comes with the screen indicates the SG-60 is not compatable with the 20mm lens, but I didn't notice any problems. The grid is a very nice tool for ensuring that things like marble columns are reasonably vertical, and that there are no converging veticals. I like that there are no focussing "aids" on the SG-60. Oh, the film was Portra 400 VC Have fun... William Robb - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List. To unsubscribe, go to http://www.pdml.net and follow the directions.
