Furthermore...

I lived in Seattle when I was researching my next camera to buy. I was NOT
a die-hard Pentax person, even though Pentax was the only 35mm equipment I
owned. I looked at what was for sale. I took into consideration how I was
treated by salespeople and what they tried to sell. I compared the specs.
I tried my camera choices in the store, side-by-side, on the same subjects,
on the same day, with similar lenses, in similar conditions.

I had to two different saleman try to sell me a Nikon on two different days.
One tried to sell me a Quantaray lens. The other told me the lens was crap
and I should buy a Nikon lens. They couldn't care less about the Pentax. I
figured I should trust my own judgement.

I have never regretted getting the PZ-1p. I think I would feel the same way
about the MZ-S, even though I haven't touched one.

There is NO SUCH THING, as a PRO CAMERA or PRO LENSES.

There is only pro results! IMHO.
