Hey, I 'd like to support Ann here--I enjoy playful language usage a bit more than regimented language correctness driven by personal linguistic peeves--if one of your peeves has been peeved, take 3 deep breaths, spin on your heel, jump twice, then shout, It's just play :-). I promise you'll then feel better. :-) Cheers, Christine

grrrrr....

I feel your pain... however, I think "minty" evolved on ebay because there are certain phrases you can't use
on ebay in a title...

e.g. I can't say "as new" but I can say "minty" - they actually took down one of my auctions when
i used the phrase "as new" in my title !

so get off my back you guys - I'll try not to use anymore "trendy" new speak..

gimmyabreak!

It's actually pretty funny that a guy in his 30s is sawing off on you for your use of young people's language.

thanks, Wheaters...

LOL! (ooops, there I go again being modern) - I had no clue how old Larry is... however, Mark , who I was replying to with the more detailed stuff about ebay, I believe is a teensy bit older.)

un-grrrr
