My hardback w/dust jacket arrived earlier this evening. Everything about it
is OUTSTANDING!!!! Mark & crew did a superb job with picture prep and
layout etc. All the photographs are just TERRIFIC!!!!
I would, however, like to make special mention about Doug's Forward, which
I thought delightful-- a vivid word picture which accurately renders the
spirit of PDML. Wonderfully done, Doug. Big cheers, Christine
