I'm still wondering what would be the market for this. Who would actually buy anything? (Signed copy, folio, whatever.) And to do a folio, certainly there should be more than one copy (for all that time and effort).
If there was a way it wouldn't get banged up, it would be easier to circulate a piece of paper (instead of book) to be signed. I think people ought to wait for the book first, actually, THEN think about it.
