I submitted one from my back catalog, because I think it's the best photo I've ever taken. I believe that was permitted for the first book.

ouch... if that were true I would have dug more... I just thought he cut us a bit of slack on the time (like a few months before
2008)

However I was happy for that restriction since I could go nuts trying to decide what to put in. :-)

And I found one from Christmas day 2008 that I decided was minimally acceptable after I photoshopped it.

Anyway, I'm already shooting more in 2009, so maybe I'll have something worth submitting for the next one.
