that's to be expected. With all due respect to flower shots, pretty much
anybody with a modicum of photographic expertise could go out and take a
picture like that at any time these things are in season. Photographers are
more used to looking, and look at far more pictures in a far more critical
way than non-photographers, so our expectations are different. I would say
they're higher. Personally I give far more weight and thought to the
feedback of photographers whose judgement I trust than I do to that of
non-photographers and anonymous people I know nothing about.

We've all been hanging around here for too long - we know pretty much what
everyone else likes and dislikes.

I don't think anyone thinks you're bugging them. We're here to look at other
people's pictures and to show our own.
