Yeah, Grace looks just a tad apprehensive.  Don't blame her.

Toronto's two major Santas (at the Bay - the last of the old-time
downtown department stores - and the Eaton Centre a downtown mall)
sport real white beards and they look like real pros.

I guess the Santa's Castles are the same everywhere - a little
overdone, but maybe information overload whets the shopping appetites!
