Why not get some lead bags? Then you can leave them in your carry on,
and the security folks will hand search them. I never travel without the
lead bags. It makes it all very easy. No discussion. Just a hand search.
I have one bag that holds 20 rolls, and another that holds ten. Enough
for most trips.
