Could be, but I think it *makes sense*... as any well-designed rumor should!
We'll just have to wait and see. I certainly don't think the letter prefix of the lens designation means anything. Pentax has always been all over the map in that regard. The market is moving toward full-frame and Pentax has to sink or swim. This would be a logical way of approaching it. But that doesn't mean it's true ;-)
