Just make sure that your SV has an orange "R" on the rewind knob, not a green one. Orange ones can use the 50/1.4, while SV's with the green "R" can damage the 50/1.4 or be damaged by it. I think the safe SV's also have a 7-digit serial number instead of a 6-digit one, but I'm too tired to look that up. > What is the realistic value of the camera? I paid about 75 USD for it.
