WOW ! I never thought this would generate so much controversy. Hopefully back on topic now, my objective to this "Street Photography" concept is to make an accurate exposure of good composition that tells the story of what is happening at the moment. Sort of like a sniper, make your first shot count because it may be your ONLY shot. Such was the case with the arrest photo. I only got one shot! The resulting OT threads have been interesting reading, especially the ones that were law / legal related. The only time that I was "asked" for my film and photos was from what turned out to be evidence in a burglary case. It included a photo of the arrested suspect handcuffed to a street sign with a most pitiful look on his face. Priceless, I thought and wish that I still had a copy of it. The situation was slightly different in that it was my captain that ask for the photos and I was the arresting officer. Of course I was cooperative with the brass :) Happy sniping !
