WOW !
I never thought this would generate so much controversy. Hopefully back
on topic now, my objective to this "Street Photography" concept is to
make an accurate exposure of good composition that tells the story of
what is happening at the moment. Sort of like a sniper, make your first
shot count because it may be your ONLY shot. Such was the case
with the arrest photo. I only got one shot!
The resulting OT threads have been interesting reading, especially the
ones that were law / legal related. The only time that I was "asked" for
my film and photos was from what turned out to be evidence in a burglary
case. It included a photo of the arrested suspect handcuffed to a street
sign with a most pitiful look on his face. Priceless, I thought and wish
that I still had a copy of it. The situation was slightly different in that
it
was my captain that ask for the photos and I was the arresting officer.
Of course I was cooperative with the brass :)
Happy sniping !
