I'm what you might call a semi-feminist... But, really, Milly Cyrus IS too young to be posing that provocatively in this day and age - It isn't about how much skin is showing that is the problem, it is that she looks like she was sitting up in bed having been naked under the sheets... Its pretty clear what that implies....
