Would you believe it. I spent 2 hours de-rigging my TV camera and packing four bags of stuff. Sat down for 10 minutes with a really nice hot cup of tea and thought 'blow it, I'm not taking all that shit'.
An hour later I've repacked and am just taking a small mini DVCam camera that I borrowed. I'm shooting test footage - if I can get a commission to do it properly it will need to be on HD anyway, which we don't use for news. Means I have room for some more stills gear :) Will have 1DmII and A*85 1.4 + K15 3.5 with me, along with R-D1, 28 and 50.
