I've got it. It's the only non-Pentax lens that I have. Not only it has the aperture ring, but all the rings rotate in the same direction as the Pentax lenses. It is really excellent lens if you manage to obtain a good copy. There is certain sample variation to be taken into account. So that you have to keep in mind that you *might* have to exchange one or two of them until you get the really good one. Mine is sharp even wide open with excellent IQ across the zoom range.
