Several month ago I asked if anyone known other names/classification of this tropical plant on picture. Now I got response from adze45 from flickr who recognized Acalypha hispida (botanical name) by classification - family Euphorbiaceae, and has several common names like chenille plant, red-hot cattail, foxtail, red-hot cat's tail.
