Hi all The Pasha Bulker is a 76,000 tonne bulk carrier that became grounded during a severe storm about 3 weeks ago. Since then it has become a tourist attraction as it sits on Nobby's Beach, Newcastle waiting to be refloated (which is being attempted as I write).
Anyway, on the spur of the moment I decided I'd like some photos. Unfortunately, a public exclusion area meant that the only possible view of the ship was from the south putting the side being photographed into shadow.
