Small Quahogs. (also called littlenecks), are steamed dipped in butter and served with sweet corn, (this tastes best if the shellfish are taken out of collected without a license, and the corn is stolen from a farmers field), but they're still great anytime. Rhode Island is the only place I've seen Coffee Syrup, a concoction much like chocolate syrup, for making coffee milk. It's an interesting place...
