Read that yesterday morning. Not bad really, though he should have 
pointed out that it's possible (and pretty easy) th change the default 
JPEG settings. Still, he seem to feel that the K10D is the best of the 
bunch for experienced photographers.

The article demonstrates that Pentax really needs to come out with a 
"Rebel-version" of the K10D: "Dummy" modes, optimized JPEG output, 
pentamirror, skip the weather sealing...

I'd bet such a camera will appear fairly soon, probably before the 
model above the K10D makes an appearance.
